The Centre Manager cum Admissions Manager will be responsible for managing a call center team of over 30 members. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in team management, training, and achieving admission targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admissions, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive the team towards success. Role Overview:The Centre Manager cum Admissions Manager will be responsible for managing a call center team of over 30 members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admissions, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive the team towards success.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage a team of 30+ admissions counselors.Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
