Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Centre Coordinator at our Gurugram Sector 60 location. The Centre Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the center, including overseeing fitness programs, managing staff, coordinating events, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the marketing efforts of the center.

• Experience in administrative roles, facility management, and team coordination
• Customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of fitness, gymnastics, or wellness programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Experience in event coordination is a plus
