Centre Associate

Centre Associate role is the most important link of the GROW GREEN program with the community. The key task of this role is to lead field outreach activity of GROW Centre by ensuring regular footfall and enrolments. Objective This role involves the following key activities: • Daily Outreach Planning • Spending half a day in the Community to do field outreach • Spending half a day on tele-calling /follow-up from Centre • Home visit of placed and in-class aspirants for referrals Major Deliverables A CA should ensure the following monthly deliverables: • Implementing outreach activities as per the plan • Networking with local community representatives • Tele-calling to convert leads into footfall • Follow-up for timely enrolments • Home visits of placed and in-class aspirants for referrals • Total 50-60 footfalls and 20 Enrolments in a month Skills required • Good Communication (Local language) • Basic Planning Skills • Disciplined • Passionate about community work and how 60% Field and 40 % office work
