Central Trainer

As an Optometry Trainer at Lenskart, you will be responsible for delivering optometry training in refraction, dispensing, and technical processes to Retail staff across all Lenskart stores. Your role will involve constantly upgrading training methodologies, conducting role plays, and engaging in innovative team-building activities to enhance training effectiveness with a customer-centric approach. You will also be expected to measure training results and provide timely feedback to learners. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining content for various learning needs and monitoring the performance of store staff through store visits and conducting mock training sessions as quality interventions.
