Job Summary:

This role supports financial reporting platforms by analyzing financial data, creating complex reports, and performing data reconciliation. It involves working with SQL, validating data, and contributing to financial planning and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate regular and ad hoc reports, including inventory reports.
• Use SQL to reconcile data from different sources.
• Validate data for revenue and financial planning.
• Automate and improve existing reports.
• Analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet and P&L).
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights.
• Collaborate with team members and share knowledge.
• Ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time.

Qualifications:

• MBA, B.Com, or M.Com in Accounting or Finance.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in SQL (queries, views, stored procedures).
• Experience with SAP modules (preferred).
• Advanced Excel and MS Access skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
