Center Head- Preschool- PCMC

Role Overview: As a candidate for the role based in PCMC, Bavdhan, or Kharadi, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiencies at the Centre. Your primary responsibilities will involve converting inquiries into admissions, executing outdoor marketing campaigns in your designated territory, and actively engaging in lead generation activities like organizing events, road shows, and in-center activities. It will also be crucial for you to focus on staff retention, parent engagement, academic implementation, and visiting existing parents for child development. You should be well-versed with Key Result Areas (KRAs) and be prepared to introduce innovative strategies to meet the established objectives. Moreover, your daily tasks will revolve around maximizing revenue, managing sales, and ensuring strong parent engagement.
