Center Head- Preschool- PCMC

Role Overview: As the ideal candidate for this role based in PCMC, Bavdhan, or Kharadi, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing operational efficiencies at the Centre. Your responsibilities will include: - Converting inquiries into admissions - Implementing outdoor marketing campaigns in your territory - Actively participating in lead generation activities such as creating events, road shows, and in-center activities - Staff retention - Parent engagement - Academic implementation - Visiting existing parents for child development Key Responsibilities: - Be comfortable with the Key Result Areas (KRAs) and open to implementing new strategies to achieve the set goals - Maximize revenue - Handle sales - Ensure parent engagement on a day-to-day basis Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in driving revenue growth and operational efficiencies - Strong skills in converting inquiries into admissions and implementing marketing campaigns - Ability to engage with parents, manage academic implementations, and retain staff effectively - Willingness to explore and implement new strategies to achieve goals If you are excited about this opportunity, please reach out to gauri.chalke@vishwajyot.com to explore further.,
