For more details visit: www.littlemillennium.com Roles & Responsibilities: A Center Head will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility while maintaining the highest standards of early childhood education. She will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of center management including admissions, staff supervision, teacher trainings, curriculum implementation, parent communication, and facility maintenance. Her leadership will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where children can thrive and grow. Must have strong leadership qualities to set- up and manage the pre-school business. Desirable Skills: Any Bachelor s/ Master s degree will be preferred Excellent command over English Knowledge of Early Childhood Care will be an added advantage Preschool Franchising knowledge will be an added advantage too
