Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Head for Preschool. The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the preschool, managing staff, engaging with parents, and ensuring the effective implementation of the activity-based curriculum. They will also be involved in strategic planning, curriculum development, and maintaining a positive learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education, school administration, and staff management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in education
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with staff, parents, and external stakeholders
• Understanding of curriculum development and assessment
• Relevant certifications in early childhood education or educational leadership
