JOB HIRING – CONTINENTAL SECTION

Positions:

• CDP (Chef de Partie) – Continental
• DCDP (Deputy Chef de Partie) – Continental

Location: Imperial Kitchen, Venpalavattom

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per standards
• Handle hot & cold kitchen sections efficiently
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Supervise commis chefs and support staff
• Maintain food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
• Control food cost, wastage, and portioning

Requirements:

• CDP: Minimum 3–5 years experience in Continental cuisine
• DCDP: Minimum 2–3 years experience in Continental kitchen
• Strong knowledge of Continental cooking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and lead a team
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards
