Location: Noida ,UP
Reports To: Sous Chef / Head Chef

Salary: 33,000 to 35,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate CDP with expertise in authentic Neapolitan pizza and continental cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the overall culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Neapolitan pizzas using traditional techniques, dough preparation, fermentation, and wood-fired/stone oven operations.
  • Execute a range of continental dishes including appetizers, mains, and sides according to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation for all menu items.
  • Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and new dish trials.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and organized.
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe workstation following FSSAI standards.
  • Train and guide Commis chefs in daily operations.
  • Monitor portion control and reduce food wastage.
  • Coordinate with the Sous Chef/Head Chef during peak hours for smooth operations.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment, including pizza ovens.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a CDP or Demi CDP in Neapolitan pizza and continental cuisine.
  • Strong understanding of traditional Neapolitan dough fermentation, toppings, sauce preparation, and baking methods.
  • Hands-on knowledge of continental cooking techniques (grilling, sautéing, roasting, plating, etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good communication and team-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, safety, and food-handling guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and peak business hours.

Education:

  • Diploma/Course in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification preferred.
