Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CDP, DCDP, or Commis 1 specializing in Woodfire Pizza & Italian cuisine. The position is based in the Jubilee Junction Sector 66 Mohali and involves preparing authentic Italian dishes with a focus on woodfire pizza, maintaining kitchen standards, managing food hygiene, assisting with daily mise en place, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities may also include collaborating with the kitchen team to innovate and execute new menu items and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Qualifications

• Culinary expertise in Italian cuisine, with a specialization in woodfire pizza and recipe preparation.
• Strong skills in food preparation, presentation, and maintaining high kitchen hygiene standards.
• Experience with kitchen operations, including mise en place, time management, and maintaining inventory.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a kitchen team and contribute creative ideas to menu development.
• Passion for culinary arts, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
• Professional culinary training or certifications are highly preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced hospitality environment is an advantage.
