Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for our Catering Kitchen in bangalore. The CDP Chef will oversee the preparation and Supervision of food, ensuring quality and consistency in dishes. Core responsibilities include managing culinary logs and process, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, training kitchen staff, and developing high-quality dishes. The role also involves monitoring kitchen inventory, ensuring timely food service, and collaborating with the team to maintain a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
• Strong Culinary Skills, including knowledge of traditional and modern cooking methods
• Experience in Food Service and maintaining high standards for food presentation
• Skills in Culinary Management, including kitchen operations and staff supervision
• Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality control
• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is an advantage
• Prior experience working in catering kitchens or a similar role is highly preferred
