CDP Chef Chinese

Job Title: Chinese CDP Chef
Location: Manthan Bar & Restaurant
Reports To: Owner/ Kitchen Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure overall kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
• Check daily kitchen requisitions and coordinate timely store pickups and updates.
• Maintain high standards in food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Ensure proper food pickup timing and accurate garnishing as per restaurant standards.
• Supervise and guide Indian kitchen staff during daily briefings.
• Handle guest food complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and control kitchen wastage and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Maintain kitchen budget by controlling costs and minimizing theft.
• Support menu planning and recipe consistency with the Head Chef.
• Uphold discipline, teamwork, and smooth kitchen operations at all times.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
