Job Description

Job Title: Restaurant Captain
Location: MANTHAN BAR & RESTAURANT
Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure overall cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
Set up restaurant sections, tables, and mise en place before service.
Assist in floor setup and ensure readiness of dining areas.
Handle store pickups and maintain accurate stock counts.
Supervise proper clearing of tables and support smooth guest service.
Report daily updates, issues, and feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
Maintain proper grooming, uniform standards, and professional conduct.
Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
Assist Restaurant Manager in daily closing reports and reconciliations.
Conduct downline briefings for team members and ensure staff readiness.
Act as in-charge of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
