Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers - Handling network, firewall, and switches troubleshooting - Installing and maintaining Windows operating systems - Configuring and managing email accounts and backups - Managing surveillance and communications systems - Configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktops, thin clients, surveillance systems, and biometric devices To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 1 year of work experience in technical support - Bachelor's degree preferred Please note that this is a full-time position with a salary range of 10,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month.
