HOSPITAL CCTV OPERATOR & TECHNICIAN – MIN 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE
*CCTV Operator Responsibilities:*
1. Monitor live CCTV feeds to identify suspicious activity, patient safety concerns, or equipment issues.
2. Maintain and organize stored footage, prepare incident reports, and supply extracts when needed.
3. Coordinate with hospital security/control room for real-time response during emergencies.
4. Ensure smooth and continuous operation of surveillance equipment.
*CCTV Technician Responsibilities:*
1. Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, and recorders.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues and upgrade systems as needed.
3. Ensure compliance with hospital security protocols and proper camera placement.
4. Document installs, repairs, and maintain records for audits.
*Requirements (for both roles):*
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, CCTV operation and basic networking.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
