CCTV Operator

As a CCTV Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the security and safety of the premises by monitoring multiple CCTV camera feeds to detect any suspicious activities or security breaches. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding promptly to alarms and incidents by notifying the appropriate personnel. - Maintaining detailed logs and incident reports for all observed events. - Operating and troubleshooting control room equipment, including monitors, recording devices, and communication systems. - Retrieving and archiving video footage for investigations or audits. - Ensuring all surveillance systems are functioning optimally and reporting any faults immediately. - Following protocols for emergency situations such as fire, theft, or unauthorized access. - Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Previous experience in CCTV operation or a related field is preferred. - Knowledge of control room equipment and surveillance systems. - Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
