Site Assessment:
Conduct site surveys to evaluate security needs and determine the best camera placement.
Installation:
Mount CCTV cameras, run necessary cables, and install recording devices (DVRs/NVRs) and
video management systems.
Configuration:
Set up and configure CCTV systems, including software and network connections, according to
project requirements and client needs.
Maintenance & Repair:
Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance to keep
systems operating effectively.
Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support, diagnose issues, and resolve system faults.
System Upgrades:
Perform upgrades to existing CCTV systems as technology advances or client needs change.
Client Collaboration:
Work with clients to understand their security needs and provide customized solutions.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, maintenance activities, and system
configurations.
Skills & Knowledge Required
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IP-based and analog CCTV systems, surveillance software, and networking principles.
Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Analytical Skills: To assess site requirements and design effective security solutions.
