As a Surveillance & Security Systems Operator (CCTV) at S-Vyasa University in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our campus community by overseeing and managing advanced surveillance systems. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor live CCTV feeds attentively to detect any unusual or suspicious activities promptly. - Manage DVR/NVR systems efficiently to ensure continuous recording and data backup. - Address technical issues in CCTV equipment by troubleshooting, maintaining, and escalating problems as needed. - Collaborate closely with campus security personnel to respond swiftly to incidents. - Maintain detailed incident documentation, prepare reports, and preserve video evidence accurately. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field. - 2 years of proven experience in CCTV monitoring or technical support. - Proficient knowledge of surveillance systems, networking, and integrations. - Strong observation skills, along with a focus on confidentiality and reliability. - Willingness to work in shifts and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
