What You’ll Do:

• Keep a close watch on live CCTV feeds and proactively identify unusual or suspicious activities.
• Manage DVR/NVR systems to ensure seamless recording and data backup.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and escalate technical issues in CCTV equipment when required.
• Collaborate with campus security personnel for quick response to incidents.
• Document incidents, prepare reports, and maintain video evidence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years’ proven experience in CCTV monitoring or technical support.
• Solid knowledge of surveillance systems, networking, and integrations.
• Strong observation skills, confidentiality, and reliability.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
