Detailed Job Description:

As a CCAI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying

innovative conversational AI solutions leveraging Google Cloud's Contact Center AI suite.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and

user-centric AI experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development:
  • Design and implement robust and efficient Dialogflow CX agents.
  • Develop custom integrations with backend systems using Python and other

relevant technologies.

  • Create and refine natural language understanding models to improve intent

recognition and entity extraction.

  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure quality and

reliability.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough testing of Dialogflow agents, including functional,

performance, and security testing.

  • Identify and resolve issues related to agent performance, accuracy, and user

experience.

  • Collaborate with QA teams to establish and maintain quality standards.
  • Deployment and Maintenance:
  • Deploy and manage Dialogflow agents in production environments.
  • Monitor agent performance and proactively address issues.
  • Continuously improve agent performance through fine-tuning and

optimization.

  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX

designers, and data scientists.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning

concepts.

  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX, Contact Center AI, and Virtual Agent.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and automation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
