Location : India (100% Remote) 12 months contract + Possible extension English good communiation Time Zones - US, European Time, APAC Time Zone Start - ASAP CCAAS - along with Voice or Non Voice deployment exp, Genesis Engage, Amazon Connect, Cisco WebX, Ring Central (These are all CCAAS services, we should have along with CCAAS with these other service 1 or more) Good Cloud Centre Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Connect, Genesis and Ring Central!
