CBS Project Lead (BFSI Domain)

Greetings from HRC Global Services! We have an opening with one of our reputed clients in Belapur, Navi Mumbai. We are currently seeking an experienced CBS Project Lead with a strong background in Core Banking Solutions (CBS) to oversee delivery, maintenance, and client engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in the BFSI domain and demonstrate proven leadership skills in managing large teams and handling business-critical projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 20+ members, overseeing CBS software deliveries, maintenance, code reviews, release management, and production support. - Engage directly with clients at AGM/DGM levels to comprehend requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations. - Manage client communication, conduct requirement analysis, handle escalations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Design CBS solutions based on client needs, including the implementation of changes and fixes. - Adhere to and maintain SLA commitments as per client contracts. - Conduct internal training and facilitate team development to ensure readiness for delivery and enhance cross-functional capabilities. Required Skills & Experience: - 10-15 years of experience, preferably in the BFSI or Banking sector. - Strong background in leading CBS modules/projects (any CBS product). - Proficiency in Project Management and Delivery Leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. - In-depth knowledge of the Banking domain, particularly in Retail or Corporate Banking. - Demonstrated experience in client engagement and stakeholder management. - Ability to work independently, demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and take end-to-end module ownership. Preferred/Good to Have: - Experience with TCS BaNCS or similar CBS platforms. - Technical skills in COBOL, PL/SQL, and UNIX. - Energetic and agile mindset with team-building capabilities. Educational Qualification: - Minimum BE/BTech from a recognized university.
