7 Feeders

CAMPU refers to CAM processing unit and is part of commercial banking coverage group of the bank. This is a centralized team handling CAM Preparation activity for CBG and is working under GIGA for last 15 months.

Presently team has following sections:

1. CAMPU MEG- Taking care of ETB cases for renewals. Team is also taking care of enhancements on specific request. Now we are proposing undertaking NTB cases upto RCC level of committee for May 2023 onwards.
2. CAMPU SEG- Handling ticket size of upto Rs. 10 crs:
   1. In Principal Team- Taking care of IP issuance/rejection for all NTB logins
   2. ETB Team- Taking care of renewals of upto Rs. 10 crs.
   3. NTB Set 2 team- Taking care of note preparation of NTB clients after the IP stage

Note: As an exception, team is also handling cases of enhancements as well as NTBs/ETBs with ticket size more than 10 crs.

1. Team is also taking care of projects assigned from time to time by CO. Such as Stale rating, Centralized STP processing etc.
2. Governance and MIS for CBG.

CBG:Feeder MEG - CAMPU will be primarily responsible to act as a feeder of documents to Credit analyst for enabling them process the CAMs. Documents would include Set-1 (Mandatory set of documents for Login of the file) and Set-2 (applicable set of documents). Feeder will be responsible for reaching out to Centre and Customer for obtaining Set-1 and Set-2 documents directly without involving analyst and within defined TAT. They will be responsible for maintaining their call log with Centers and customers and a live tracker for inventory management.

For CAMPU SEG, Feeders will be taking care of follow ups with borrowers identified as probable STP renewals.

Along with Feeder job, they will also be responsible for some project related task that may be assigned to them time to time which may include but not limited to keeping a track of Stale rating. CARO covenant tracking, PSL identification activity, MIS activity or any other such ancillary activities.

The core KRAs of the Feeder/Pre-screeners are

• Productivity (No of cases for which set-1 and set-2 documents (as applicable) assigned to the Credit analysts for the defined period)
• Ensuring Sufficiency and Quality of the Documents (FTR/NFTR)
• Successful completion of training modules
• Compliance modules
• Key projects handled
• Other such KRA decided from time to time.

1. Obtention of Set-1 and Set-2 (as applicable) for Renewal cases directly from customers and in failed attempts from Centres
2. Stakeholder management for assigned area of work.
3. Ensuring quality and sufficiency of documents as per defined Set-1 and Set-2.
4. Undertaking stale rating tracking and STP renewals.
5. Project handling, MIS, data requirements on need basis.

• In regard to the document management /job responsibility of the relevant assembly line. Candidates need to know all the aspects of the job with advanced level of understanding.

• Understanding of the financial documents, financial statements, due diligence documents and other docs required for CAM preparation.

• Aptitude for team/stakeholder management, good communication and writing skills.
