CATI Programmer

We’re Hiring: CATI Programmer!

We are looking for a skilled CATI Programmer to join our team and support our survey operations with high-quality programming, testing, and data management.

Experience Level: 1-2 years

Key Responsibilities

• Program CATI surveys using platforms such as Confirmit, Voxco, Nebu, Sawtooth, or Dimensions.
• Build and maintain survey logic, routing, validations, and quotas.
• Conduct thorough testing & debugging to ensure error-free interviewer workflow.
• Manage sample loading, calling rules, and disposition codes.
• Export, validate, and clean collected data (Excel, CSV, SPSS).
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Experience working on CATI systems (any major platform).
• Strong understanding of survey logic and branching.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data or programming issues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or CATI scripting is a plus).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in market research data processing.
• Knowledge of SPSS, R, or SQL.
• Familiarity with online survey platforms.
