Track and analyse key marketing metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI. Stay current with industry trends and marketing innovations to maintain Aragens competitive edge in development and manufacturing solutions. Designation: Category Marketing Manager CDMO Services Function : Sales & Marketing Job Family: Marketing Role type : Individual Contributor Location : Nacharam, Hyderabad Business Unit : Sales & Marketing Scope of the Role Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive strategies to elevate Aragens CDMO from process development to commercial manufacturingin the global market. Collaborate with technical teams (Process Development, Analytical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory) to gather deep insights and translate complex technical capabilities (e.g., cGMP, scale-up, process optimization) into clear, market-oriented messaging. Develop content plans (whitepapers, case studies, presentations) that spotlight our unique selling propositions (USPs) and successful project outcomes. Ensure consistency in marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.), reflecting Aragens brand and objectives in development and manufacturing. Cross-Functional Engagement: Act as a bridge between the Marketing, Commercial, and Technical teams, ensuring seamless information flow and alignment on project objectives. Collaborate closely with the Management Committee (MC) member overseeing the service line, as well as Business Unit (BU) Heads and other senior leaders, to determine strategic priorities and develop actionable plans for the operational unit. This role will also require close partnership with the Chief Commercial Officer to ensure alignment with overarching commercial and organizational objectives. Partner with Business Development Leaders to support go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and promotional campaigns. Identify content gaps in showcasing service offerings, working with both technical experts and content teams to fill these gaps. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, tracking key metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI). Use data-driven insights to refine positioning strategies and suggest improvements to better reach target segments. Prepare regular performance reports highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and strategic recommendations. Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, emphasizing Aragens scientific excellence, flexibility, and proven track record. Showcase Aragens thought leadership by curating and developing high-impact case studies, whitepapers, and other industry-facing content. Collaborate on event participation (conferences, webinars, etc.) to reinforce Aragens presence and reputation in the CDMO space. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in a life science discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering). Post-graduate degree/MBA in Marketing preferred. Experience: 58 years of combined experience in technical/scientific roles and marketing roles within the CDMO, life sciences, or related industries. Proven ability to translate complex development and manufacturing concepts (e.g., process scale-up, cGMP regulations) into compelling marketing messages. Demonstrated success in developing B2B marketing strategies and content for global audiences. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of drug discovery, development, and manufacturing processes. Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and content management platforms. Ability to interpret market data and competitor analyses to inform strategic decisions. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and storytelling abilities. Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail. Collaboration and influencing skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Organizational and project management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
