Job Description: Instrumentation Engineer (Executive)2r45 1 Attending all the critical and non-critical breakdowns within the timeline to improve the production rate of the plant. 2 Make sure of closing the generated PM orders in SAP after performing the PM. 3 Prepare the task list for all instruments/equipment and update them SAP. 4 Perform the preventive maintenance as for the PM schedule. 5 Spares balance investigation and inventory control for all instrument spare parts. 6 Execute major projects like Reactor auto system facility for production blocks. 7 Calibration and Maintenance of Gas Detectors like Oxygen, LEL, HCN, H2, and Ammonia. 8 Perform the I/O test of all field instruments as for designed I/O list. 9 Installation of DI, DO, and RIO panels and connecting of instruments on the IO cards. 10 Maintenance and troubleshooting of On-line PH meter, Temperature, Level, Flow, Pressure. 11 Maintenance of centrifuge safety interlocks.
