Job Title: Catalogue Executive

Location: Delhi (Near Azad Market)
Department: E-commerce
Reports To: E-commerce Manager

Job Summary

The Catalogue Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining an organization’s product catalogue across online and offline platforms. The role involves ensuring that product listings are accurate, up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Catalogue Management:
  • Upload, update, and maintain product details, descriptions, images, and specifications on company platforms or third-party marketplaces.
  • Ensure proper categorization and tagging of products for easy navigation and searchability.
  • Content Creation and Optimization:
  • Write compelling and accurate product descriptions.
  • Work with the design team to create high-quality product images and videos.
  • Optimize content for SEO and marketplace algorithms to improve visibility and rankings.
  • Data Management:
  • Monitor product availability, pricing, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with inventory and procurement teams to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Platform Coordination:
  • Collaborate with e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to ensure compliance with their standards and guidelines.
  • Resolve discrepancies or errors in product listings promptly.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular audits of the product catalogue to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor user reviews and feedback to identify issues and update product information accordingly.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate reports on product performance, sales trends, and inventory turnover.
  • Provide actionable insights for improving catalogue performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in catalogue management, e-commerce, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce tools.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and inventory management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Accuracy and completeness of product listings.
  • Percentage of product issues resolved within SLA.
  • Improvement in sales and conversion rates attributed to catalogue updates.
  • Compliance with marketplace and platform guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
