Job Description

As a Catalogue & On-boarding Manager at Dil Brands, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by managing the product catalogue and ensuring smooth induction of new partners into the Dil Foods ecosystem. You will act as a bridge between culinary, supply chain, tech, and sales teams to ensure partners have complete clarity on products, pricing, processes, and expectations from Day 1. - **Catalogue Management** - Build, update, and maintain the Dil Foods HoReCa catalogue including Indian gravies, sauces, snacks, desserts, and premixes. - Ensure accuracy of product details such as names, pricing, pack sizes, UOM, shelf life, and usage instructions. - Draft engaging product descriptions highlighting differentiation and ease of use for restaurant partners. - Coordinate with Culinary/R&D for new launches and Supply Chain for phasing out/adding SKUs. - Maintain visual assets and collaborate with design teams for catalogue-ready images. - Release updated catalogue versions (monthly/quarterly) and ensure internal teams" adoption. - **Outlet On-boarding** - Own the complete on-boarding process for new Restaurant Partners (RPs). - Coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure a smooth transition from signing to the first order. - Train partner staff on product usage, thawing, storage, and kitchen SOPs. - Ensure partners are on boarded onto Dil Foods POS systems and ordering processes. - Share updated product catalogues, pricing details, and promotional materials during on-boarding. - Act as the first point of contact for newly on-boarded outlets, resolving initial queries and aligning expectations. - **Process & Collaboration** - Work with Tech/ERP/POS teams to ensure catalogue accuracy in all digital systems. - Collaborate with NPD & Procurement to update cost-price changes and maintain margin structures. - Partner with Marketing to create catalogue-based sales tools, launch kits, and partner decks. - Track and report on-boarding timelines, bottlenecks, and partner satisfaction metrics. Your key skills and competencies should include a strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, relationship-building and training skills, an analytical mindset, proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, familiarity with POS/ERP systems, and project management ability to handle multiple catalogue updates and on-boarding cycles simultaneously. **Qualifications & Experience** - Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. - 3-6 years of experience in catalogue management, partner on-boarding, or account management. - Prior experience in food services, FMCG, HoReCa, or restaurant tech ecosystem preferred. - Exposure to cross-functional coordination and partner-facing roles.
