Cashier/Customer Service

· Collection of deposit from patient.

. All refund due to fund received from Trust should be by cheque only.

· All patient refund cheques should be supported by final bill, AL in the case of TPA, working sheet, authority letter in the case cheque require other than patient name.

· To deposit / withdraw the cash from bank. / To keep update for foreign currency rates.

· Verify OPD collection received from CCO and tally the same with system report (Total OP collection report). Report to HOD for any discrepancy

· Tally the total collection at main cash counter before end of the shift and signoff.

· Confirm the batch close of all EDC machine with the amount swiped. / Verify the daily credit card collection and reconcile the same with bank statement for correct amount of credit.

· Preparation of daily bank deposit report of cash / CC / Cheques / foreign currency etc.

· Collection of IP related receipts and Payments and collection from all billing

· counters

· Tallying User wise Collection of OP

· Collection of Pharmacy Cash / Cafeteria Cash & other Cash.

· Passing entries of credit card payment recd, cash receipts & all other cash

· Related entries in Oracle Financials (Accounting system)

· Coordinating with banks for cash/chq deposit and withdrawal.

· Posting all receipt/refund entries in Oracle Financials

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
