The company operates over 50 retail outlets in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Pune. Noble Plus offers a wide range of products and services beyond traditional pharmacy, including cosmetics, pathology, healthy food, and fragrances, with a focus on derma-cosmetics, organic and natural products.  Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Retail Cashier to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently processing transactions. In this role, you will help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensure all transactions are accurate and secure. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive shopping experience Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash, credit, and debit payments Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining the cleanliness of the cash register area Resolve any customer issues in a professional and efficient manner Collaborate with team members to enhance store operations and customer satisfaction Required and Preferred Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in a retail environment or customer service role Basic math skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Experience with cash handling and POS systems Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
