Cashier (Mehrauli and Chandni Chowk)

As a Cashier cum Customer Service Associate at Keyal Empire Design Pvt Ltd in (Mehrauli or Chandni Chowk), your main responsibility will be to manage billing, handle customer interactions. You should possess a courteous , be attentive, and efficiently handle cash transactions while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the cash handling.
• Ensure accurate transactions
• Maintain records of financial transactions
• Maintain proper cash handling, receipts, and daily sales reports.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Resolve customer issues related to transactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Promote store offers, discounts, and loyalty programs to customers.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; graduates preferred.
• Basic computer and POS (billing software) knowledge.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Customer-friendly attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
