JOB DESCRIPTION - CASHIER ( AHMEDABAD - VADODARA EXPRESS WAY NE-1 )

LOCATION - - MEKWA | MAHEMDAVAD

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily store functions, cash handling, cleanliness, and traffic flow.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate retail associates; resolve conflicts.
• Sales & Strategy: Set sales goals, develop strategies to boost revenue, analyze data, and implement promotions.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock, manage ordering, prevent shrinkage, and maintain optimal levels.
• Customer Experience: Handle complaints, ensure high service standards, and create a welcoming environment.
• Financials: Manage budgets, control expenses, and prepare financial reports.
• Visual Merchandising: Design appealing in-store displays and promotional setups.
• Compliance: Enforce company policies, safety, and legal regulations.
