Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle cash transactions at ticket counters for park entry, online booking validations, Fast Track, lockers, and other ticketed services.
  • Operate POS and ticketing systems efficiently to issue tickets, process payments, and maintain transaction accuracy.
  • Ensure all receipts, refunds, and adjustments are done as per company policies and authorized approvals.
  • Maintain a

    cash float

    at the start of the shift and reconcile cash, card, and digital payments at the end of the day.
  • Deposit daily collections with the Head Cashier and verify acknowledgment slips for record purposes.
  • Assist in preparing daily cash reports, reconciliation statements, and submission of collection summaries.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and secure ticket counters throughout operations.
  • Handle guest queries regarding tickets, offers, promotions, and park facilities with courtesy and clarity.
  • Support upselling of park products such as

    Fast Track Tickets, F&B Vouchers, and Seasonal Offers.

  • Follow established

    SOPs and audit guidelines

    for all financial transactions.
  • Report any discrepancies or suspicious transactions immediately to the Head Cashier or Finance team.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies on

    cash security, guest privacy, and data protection.

  • Ensure personal grooming, discipline, and professional behavior at all times.
  • Assist during peak days, events, and special promotions as per management directions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Prior experience in cashiering, ticketing, or front-office handling in amusement parks, malls, resorts, or retail setups.
  • Knowledge of POS operations, UPI, credit card payments, and e-ticket systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and in shifts.
  • High sense of integrity and reliability in handling financial transactions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
