Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Cashier to manage billing operations, handle customer payments, and ensure smooth front-end operations at our café.

Key Responsibilities

Handle billing, cash, card, UPI payments, and generate receipts.
Maintain accurate cash balance and reconcile daily transactions.
Greet customers and ensure a pleasant checkout experience.
Manage order entries in POS/billing software.
Coordinate with the service and kitchen team for smooth order flow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
Assist in packaging takeaway orders when required.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide quick solutions.
Follow company policies for cash handling and billing accuracy.

Requirements

0–1 year experience as a Cashier or in customer service (freshers can apply).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS/billing systems.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle cash responsibly.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
