Role Overview: You will be responsible for auditing and reconciling vendor invoices under supervision. Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy and speed of reconciling and auditing exception-based invoices, keeping vendor accounts updated, resolving quality control issues, meeting productivity requirements, resolving problem invoices urgently, following standard procedures, and maintaining professional communication with internal customers. Key Responsibilities: - Reconcile and audit exception-based invoices with the highest level of accuracy and speed - Assist in keeping vendor accounts updated and accurate - Resolve quality control issues in problem queues - Meet or exceed individual productivity requirements - Resolve problem invoices with the highest degree of urgency - Follow standard procedures and integrate new procedures into daily routine - Maintain professional and productive relations and communications with internal customers Qualifications: - Education: B.Com, M.Com or equivalent degree (accredited), or High School Diploma in lieu of a degree - Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as departmental reporting, emails, and vendor correspondence - Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages - Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and deal with problems involving several variables - Computer Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, database software, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint - Special Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, team handling ability, and good verbal and written communication skills - Pace: Fast-paced environment requiring urgency to meet vendor expectations *Note: The job involves using motor coordination with finger dexterity, physical effort in handling objects less than 30 pounds occasionally, exposure to physical risks and environments rarely, and the normal setting is an office environment.,
