Deepening : 2% MoM CASA Growth in mapped accounts .Premium Debit Cards(NTB Acs) + Lockers (Nos) . Asset referral - Fee Income (Rs Lacs) .To ensure "nil" deviations in Audit/KYC/AML/Compliance norms . Nil adverse Audit observations in Cash Txns/Branch daily operations/Daily Reporting . Undergone the requisite training programs and certifications .Activation of customers in digital channel (Internet, Mobile & Debit Card) (min 70% customers) . Taking referral and ensuring product penetration through customer engagement . To ensure Nil escalations/complaints pertaining to customer service . Welcome calling and onboarding Customers (100%)
