Job Description

As a Carrier & Vendor Performance Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing carrier and vendor performance review meetings. You will support executives and management with highly escalated cases and engage carrier personnel when necessary to drive towards resolution. Your role will also involve identifying and analyzing relationships and trends in data to enhance carrier performance. Additionally, you will be implementing corrective actions and service improvement plans while recording and tracking improvement initiatives. - Manage carrier and vendor performance review meetings - Support executives and management with escalated cases - Engage carrier personnel to drive towards resolution - Identify and analyze relationships and trends in data for improving carrier performance - Implement corrective actions and service improvement plans - Record and track improvement initiatives - Administrate the Carrier & Vendor Database for accurate escalation contacts, fault logging, and SLA details - Continually review the database for areas of improvement and enhancement - Collaborate with the Service Assurance Management team to identify potential improvements in client procedures for managing third-party performance - Facilitate workshops with Service Assurance teams to gain insights into carrier issues and train best practices - Work closely with network planning teams and carrier managers to implement new carrier agreements into Global Service Assurance - Drive carrier strategy to effectively meet the demands of top customers - Develop, adjust, and implement processes and procedures related to repair carrier activities - Maintain awareness of and adhere to the client's corporate policies and procedures, such as CPI-810, and comply with departmental policies, ISO9001, and ISO27001 requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Experience in managing carrier and vendor relationships - Knowledge of SLA management and service improvement processes - Familiarity with corporate policies and procedures, such as CPI-810, ISO9001, and ISO27001 - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Prior experience in database administration and data analysis is a plus As a Carrier & Vendor Performance Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing carrier and vendor performance review meetings.
