Job Title: Carpentry & Furniture Supervisor Location: Kothamangalam Accommodation: Provided Job Description: We are seeking a Carpentry & Furniture Supervisor to oversee all aspects of furniture manufacturing, carpentry works, and installation at project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in woodwork, the ability to supervise teams, and ensure timely completion of quality furniture work. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily carpentry and furniture tasks on-site or in the workshop. Review and interpret technical drawings and furniture layouts. Assign duties to carpenters and monitor their productivity and output. Ensure quality control of all furniture production and installation work. Manage materials and inventory to avoid wastage and delay. Coordinate with designers, project managers, and clients regarding specifications. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations. Prepare progress reports and submit daily or weekly updates. Qualifications & Experience: ITI or Diploma in Carpentry / Furniture Technology / Woodworking / Civil or Interior-related field Minimum 3–years of experience in carpentry/furniture production and installation At least 1– years in a supervisory role Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
