Job Description:

We are seeking a Carpentry & Furniture Supervisor to oversee all aspects of furniture manufacturing, carpentry works, and installation at project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in woodwork, the ability to supervise teams, and ensure timely completion of quality furniture work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily carpentry and furniture tasks on-site or in the workshop.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and furniture layouts.
• Assign duties to carpenters and monitor their productivity and output.
• Ensure quality control of all furniture production and installation work.
• Manage materials and inventory to avoid wastage and delay.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and clients regarding specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and submit daily or weekly updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI or Diploma in Carpentry / Furniture Technology / Woodworking / Civil or Interior-related field
• Minimum 2–years of experience in carpentry/furniture production and installation
• At least 1– years in a supervisory role

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
