Role: Project Manager / Group Manager
- Multiple product development execution
- Decide direction for model development, guiding team for work execution
- Understanding Customer requirement and providing supporting evidence to management for project approvals.
- Reporting to Management over product development status
-Team building
- Should be well versed with latest happenings & emerging technologies in automobile industry & should be able to gauge their impact on OEM models.
- Hands-on work experience from Engg/Testing/Planning (atleast one area)
- Should have working technical knowledge of systems/ sub-systems of vehicle.
- Basic knowledge of IBOM, ECN/Drawing, Part development process, Manufacturing plants.
- Good understanding of OEM model development process.
- Fast, Flexible, First mover, Team Player, Creative, Positive Attitude with willingness to adapt
- Should have good interpersonal skills
- Car driving license (Essential). Rohtak test track license (Desirable.)
- Good command on MS PowerPoint/Excel
