Position Overview: Academic Counselor – Inside Sales

We’re hiring both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about education, career guidance, and consultative sales. This role involves engaging with prospective learners and helping them identify the right learning programs to meet their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with 80–100 potential students daily through phone calls and video consultations

Understand candidates’ academic background, professional aspirations, and learning needs

Provide tailored guidance and recommend suitable upskilling programs

Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools

Who Should Apply:

Fresh graduates seeking a career in EdTech sales and counseling

Professionals with 0–3 years of B2C sales or EdTech experience

Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about helping others

Must be based in or willing to work from Rabale, Mumbai

Qualifications:

Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)

Prior experience in sales or EdTech is a plus, but not required for freshers
