About the Role

Xylem Learning is seeking dynamic and results-oriented Academic Counsellors to join our expanding counselling and sales team in Kozhikode. In this role, you will guide students and parents in making informed academic choices, promote Xylem Learning’s educational offerings, and contribute directly to our growth through successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and parents through structured outbound and inbound calls using the provided lead database.
• Understand each student’s academic background, strengths, and aspirations to recommend the most suitable programs and courses.
• Present and promote Xylem Learning’s offerings confidently and persuasively.
• Build trust-based relationships with students and parents through personalized counselling and consistent follow-ups.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all communications, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay informed about current programs, offers, and organizational updates.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall counselling effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
• 0–2 years of experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or sales—preferably within the education or EdTech sector.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed enrollment or sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
