Career Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate insightful discussions with prospective students via calls, emails, and messaging platforms to understand their motivations, academic background, and future plans.
• Match student interests with suitable undergraduate or postgraduate programs that best fit their academic profile and career trajectory.
• Provide end-to-end admissions assistance—from the first inquiry to enrollment confirmation—ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
• Address questions related to courses, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes with clarity, confidence, and accuracy.
• Build rapport by actively listening, understanding concerns, and delivering thoughtful, student-centric guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, academics, operations) to deliver timely updates and improve the applicant journey.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; candidates with an MBA or academic background in counseling/education are preferred.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in student advisory, education counseling, or EdTech consultative sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Empathetic, enthusiastic, and solutions-driven approach toward student concerns.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a consistent follow-up habit.
• Comfortable working with monthly targets and KPIs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
