Career Counselor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Kanpur. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career guidance and counseling to students, organizing workshops and career fairs, developing career-related resources, and networking with industry professionals. Additional day-to-day tasks include assessing students' interests and skills, conducting mock interviews, and staying updated on job market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills
• Experience in organizing workshops, seminars, and career fairs
• Ability to develop career-related resources and materials
• Knowledge of job market trends and employer expectations
• Proficiency in conducting mock interviews and resume reviews
• Ability to network and build relationships with industry professionals
• Relevant experience or certification in career counseling
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or related field
