Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Telecaller. The primary responsibility of this role is to make calls to potential customers, clients, or leads with the objective of promoting our services (courses), generating sales, or gathering information. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script or following a specific call flow. Introduce industry information and courses to potential clients. Generate leads and identify sales opportunities through cold calling. Provide information about products or services, answer questions, and address concerns from customers. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or other channels. Update customer information and sales activities accurately in the company's database or CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets Making portal entries.
