About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-driven individuals to join us as Career Advisors – OPT Recruitment. This role involves connecting with OPT candidates (F1 visa students) in the US, guiding them in their career journey, and helping them secure opportunities with our client organizations. Freshers are most welcome to apply – we provide complete training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with OPT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, university networks, and referrals.
• Guide and advise candidates on suitable career opportunities based on their skills and aspirations.
• Support candidates in resume preparation, interview readiness, and overall career development.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, track progress, and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Build long-term professional relationships with candidates to support them throughout their job search.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve placement goals.

Requirements

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are most welcome.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings).
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
