Care Co-Ordinator - Operations

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Apollo Hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.


• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure high-quality care.


• Collaborate with hospital staff to resolve patient complaints and concerns.


• Develop and maintain accurate records of patient information and treatment plans.


• Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy habits and disease prevention.


• Identify and address potential health risks and hazards in the community.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.


• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and management principles.
