Job Description

As a Banking & Financial Services Consultant in our team, you will collaborate with client stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performance solutions in the credit card ecosystem. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for credit card processing systems. - Translate business needs into detailed specifications including user stories, process flows, data models, and interface designs. - Partner with IT teams and vendors to design, develop, and implement solutions aligned with business goals and regulatory standards. - Define test scenarios, validate system behavior, and ensure defect resolution. - Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure timely communication and issue resolution. - Monitor system performance, availability, and security and recommend enhancements based on industry trends and business needs. - Strong understanding of card lifecycle management, transaction processing, and settlement systems. - Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools. - Familiarity with platforms and integrations involving Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or similar networks. - Proven ability to work in Agile and Waterfall environments. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
